Shipping Information
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via US Postal Service. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours for all in-stock items*. You will receive shipment confirmation once your order has left our facility. Tracking information for First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express within 24 hours of shipment.
The following schedule includes the shipping service levels that we offer, their associated rate and estimated delivery for once it has left us. (can't be guaranteed if it gets postponed in route once it has left our facility) Tracking is updated through the USPS.
United States Service
FREE USPS Shipping on all orders $30 + with tracking.
First Class Mail
Expected Delivery: 3-5 days. (Major markets) with tracking.
Priority Mail
Expected Delivery: 2-3 days. (Major markets) Includes tracking info.
Priority Mail Express
Expected Delivery: 1-2 day to most destinations. (Major markets) Includes tracking info.
Canada
First Class Mail
Expected Delivery: Varies by destination. (Major markets) No tracking info.
Priority Mail
Expected Delivery: 5-8 business days. (Major markets)
Express Mail
Expected Delivery: 3-5 business days. (Major markets)
International (other than Canada)
Priority Mail International
Expected Delivery: 6-10 business days. (Major markets) Includes tracking.
Orders outside of the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International which includes tracking and insurance. Delivery is typically made within 6-10 days*. First Class and Priority service levels are not offered due to frequent delays and lost packages. Not responsible for items delayed due to customs and delivery. Delivery estimates are based on major markets. Average number of days may vary based on destination.
Note: Shipping charges are for delivery only. We do not collect duties or VAT tax specific to your country. Additional fees from your local postal service may be incurred prior to your order being delivered.
Rush Orders
Alternate delivery options and accommodations may be available for orders needing delivery faster than our regular shipping options. Please email us at jen@athleteinspired.com with your special needs. Please include a phone number so that we may call you if necessary. (All Express delivery fees must be paid prior to shipping.)
